THE CHALLENGE
Learners in a technical certification course were missing key messages. Follow-up was done by hand, so steps kept getting skipped.
WHAT I BUILT
I mapped a 7 stage learner journey and coded the automations behind it. Each enrollment, milestone and reminder now sends the right message at the right time.
RESULTS
A 7 stage learner journey from enrollment to certificate. A recommendation for which learning platform to use for the 2026 launch.
