THE THOUGHT
“What happens when design meets the psyche?”
THE CHALLENGE
The coaching program had no central home. Members needed one place to find resources, plan their quarter and stay connected with each other.
WHAT I BUILT
I built the member workspace in Notion. It includes a Welcome hub with a "Watch This First" walkthrough, a quarterly planning system built around two coaching calls (Dream It, then Map It), a Past Quarters archive, a Resources library, and a "Feeling Stuck?" guide that connects members to their accountability coach. I also prototyped the online community portal.
RESULTS
44 members used the platform. It includes client profiles, an 8 area fulfillment tracker, a goal system from life purpose down to daily plans, and an AI assistant trained on the program's teachings.
